Being new in town from New York I didn't know where to go to get my computer fixed. It was running slow. Ben at BRM Laptop Repair diagnosed my laptop with having a bad hard drive and cloned my hard drive for me to a new one. I had my computer back in 2 days. I've never had such good service with a computer company. I've went to places like Geeksquad but was never sure who I was going to get to work on my computer. Great company and high marks to Ben, I couldn't ask for better service.

Went in for a bad LCD screen for my laptop and they fixed the screen at a great price. Also saw I had no antivirus software on the computer and gave me a free program to start off with. My emachine was running really slow. BRM Laptop Repair picked it up and returned it very quickly and it runs better than ever. They even installed free antivirus and showed me howto prevent problems.
